1. Services
D & J Tree Service provides tree-related services including, but not limited to, tree removal, tree trimming, pruning, cleanup, and related services. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.
2. Estimates and Payments
• All estimates are provided in good faith and are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
• Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., hidden damage, obstacles, or safety concerns).
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to require a deposit before starting work.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
• Scheduled service dates are estimates and may change due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible.
• Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Property Access and Responsibilities
• The customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the work area.
• D & J Tree Service is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or unmarked property features.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any hidden hazards or underground lines.
5. Safety and Liability
• D & J Tree Service follows industry safety standards and is fully insured.
• Tree work involves inherent risks. While all reasonable precautions are taken, the customer acknowledges these risks.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.
6. Debris and Cleanup
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, debris removal is included only as outlined in the service agreement.
• Firewood, mulch, or debris left on-site becomes the customer’s responsibility once services are completed.
7. Website Use
• All content on this website is for informational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission from D & J Tree Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D & J Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
